Privacy Policies

Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

Reservation Policies

Check In: 14:00 hrs.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.

Guarantee policy:

A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation policy:

Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No show policy:

If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Children policy:

Minors aged 11 years old and younger will be considered children. 12 years old and older will be charged as adults; 2 children under 12 can share the room with 2 adults.

Pet Policies:

We accept pets as long as their owners follow our hygiene pet policy.

Oversold policy:

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
